Founding Designer at Roam — an AI-powered virtual office for distributed teams. Leading design across the brand and the product surfaces people use every day, with 3D and motion for the marketing. Roam is past 0-to-1 and on a mission to $10M ARR and beyond, and every part of the office is designed to carry it there. Work spans branding, product design.
Virtual Office — live presence for the entire company.
On-Air
We designed On-Air to be as simple as possible — what you see is what you get: the screen where a host edits an invite is exactly what guests receive. It's built around a stage and curtain, modelled and animated in Blender — the curtain sways while the event waits and opens when it begins. Hosts pick its color from a set to brand the night.
Theater
We designed the Theater to mimic real life: you sit in the audience and can whisper to the person next to you. Animated Roamoji react to the presenters, and the more people who react, the more the sound builds — just like a real theater. There's a backstage too, where you wait and prepare before going on stage.
Chat
We designed Chat to live in every part of Roam. Click someone's head to open a quick DM, or start a group chat with colleagues, external guests or members of other Roams. It works the way you'd expect from any chat app, with custom folders to organize it your way. The mobile apps are native on iOS and Android, kept clean and simple.
AI-Powered Meetings
We designed Magic Minutes around how we actually meet — most notes come from quick, unscheduled calls in Roam, with or without video. It captures every call automatically and posts a summary into Chat, where you can choose from different note templates, prompt the notes with a question or read the full transcript.
